This is my first blog post in several years. 2023 was an absolutely harrowing year filled with so much unfathomable loss for me and most days I am not sure where to go from here, so I guess that's why I am looking back several years past and looking to go back to the basics....the things I loved before sadness and never-ending grief took over my life.
It's been a long time since I held a space for creativity. I've been fighting just to keep my head above water. But I know my loved ones that are no longer here wouldn't want that for me. They knew my battles and they wouldn't want me to live in a never-ending world of trauma and grief.
So here we are now.........
I create and I write again because it is an act of love for those who loved me.
This new jewelry collection is made from old bits and baubles. It is cobbled together, new and old, to create something unique and original for the wearer. My heart was poured into these pieces. They are soft and ethereal with mixed metals and some vintage rhinestones for added sparkle.
I have poured my love into these pieces; I hope that you enjoy them as much as I do.
